Requests arrive where the workshop already works
Garage Alawi runs on the phone, WhatsApp and a calendar. The new website sends appointment requests exactly there – with a photo of the vehicle registration and without a new program for the workshop.

One workshop, one owner
Garage Alawi is an independent car repair shop at Rheingoldstrasse 2 in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, registered as the sole proprietorship of Morteza Alawi. Servicing, wheel changes, brakes, diagnostics, air conditioning and preparation for the MFK vehicle inspection.
In a workshop with one owner, every phone call lands in the middle of work under a car on the lift. The old website ran on another provider's site builder and did nothing to change that.
No new tool for the workshop
The principle came before the first line of code: Mr Alawi gets no program he has to check on top of everything else. He works with the phone, WhatsApp and a calendar – so that is where every request lands.
We costed three levels, from two plain WhatsApp buttons up to a database with an admin panel. We built the middle one: a form that produces a finished message, with no database behind it.
What came out of it
The request in one message
Pick a service and a time slot, attach a photo of the vehicle registration, send it via WhatsApp or email. The photo sits in its own storage and is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Directions from the Rhine Falls
A custom map built from OpenStreetMap data shows the way from the Rhine Falls and from Neuhausen station to the workshop.
One sentence, one button
The opening says what the garage does and where it is. Below it, a single button: request an appointment.
Where we are today
The site is live at garage-alawi.ch. The addresses of the previous site redirect to the new pages, so existing links and listings still lead somewhere.
