Knowledge you can apply without us
Guides, frameworks, case studies
Most providers explain why you need them. We would rather show you how the thing works first — even if you end up solving it yourself. The library is being built; below you will find what goes into it and how to tell whether you are reading the right kind of material.
Three kinds of material — they answer three different questions
Reading the wrong one costs you time on a text that never asked your question. So here is what each kind actually does.
Guide
What you need to know before you request a quote
A downloadable checklist or guide. It answers one concrete question you face before commissioning anyone: How do you tell whether your website is costing you enquiries? What belongs in a brief? Which questions make provider answers comparable?
Who it is for: For you when you are preparing a decision and do not yet speak the providers' language.
Framework
A named thinking model you can apply
Not advice, a tool: an order, a distinction, a test. ALPENIQ ASCENT is the first one and is already online — five layers, six stages, and at every stage the question that has to be answered before the next one starts.
Who it is for: For you when you are not looking for one answer but for a structure that holds many.
Case study
A real engagement: situation, intervention, result
Named clients, real screenshots, measured numbers. No stock photography, no estimated figures, no result without its method. Where a number is missing, we say why.
Who it is for: For you when you want to see how it turned out for someone whose starting point resembles yours.
The library
Empty for now — and we say so instead of listing titles that do not exist. An announced title is a promise someone remembers. We publish when the file is there.
Guide
No guide published yet. The first one will come out of the questions that keep coming up in strategy calls — not from a topic list drawn up at a desk.
Framework
Apart from ALPENIQ ASCENT, none is published yet. A framework lands here once we have applied it ourselves more than once — not because it sounds good.
Case study
The long-form case studies are in production. Twelve projects with situation, intervention and result are already live under Case Studies.

In the meantime
Most of what is going into the Academy already exists in pieces — spread across articles, case studies and the method page.
