The legal entity behind the sole proprietorship is Nasser Zafi. «Zafi Design House» is the business name and «ALPENIQ» the brand we trade under — neither is a legal entity in its own right. The contracting party for all offers, contracts and invoices is Nasser Zafi.

Issued by the Swiss Federal Statistical Office (FSO) on 25 June 2026. The UID is held in the register under the name Nasser Zafi. There is no commercial register entry and no VAT liability, so the UID carries neither the «MWST/VAT» nor the «HR» suffix.
An ALPENIQ GmbH is in preparation but does not yet exist as at this version. Once incorporated, this legal notice will be updated and affected clients will be informed before any transfer of contract.
