Answers first, form second

Anyone having a flat stripped out has three questions: what does it cost, when are you done, what does it look like afterwards. The new website answers all three before anyone starts typing.

The starting point

A service that needs explaining

Letaief Rückbau handles demolition, strip-outs, disposal, site transport and boiler installation — in Winterthur and the Zurich area, plus Schaffhausen, Thurgau, St. Gallen, Aargau and Zug.

The brand and logo already existed. What was missing was a website that explains the job before the customer has to ask. Demolition is a matter of trust: it concerns your own home, dust, noise and neighbours, and a bill whose size you cannot know in advance.

The approach

Objections first

The relaunch reverses the usual order. Instead of listing services and showing a form at the end, the site first answers what keeps someone from enquiring.

A fixed price rather than an estimate. A quote within 48 hours of the free on-site visit. One contact from start to finish. Handed over swept clean. Sorted disposal with documentation.

On top of that, a three-phase process and example prices for bathrooms, flat strip-outs and commercial work. Whoever reads the site knows what they are getting into before they click.

The work

What came out of it

  • Structured by decision path

The order of the sections follows the order of the questions — not the company's org chart.

  • Prices that are simply there

Example prices for the three most common cases. Not every firm shows them; that is exactly why they work.

  • One path to a quote

A single call to action, the same everywhere. No second route to dilute the decision.

Where things stand today

The site is live and continues to be maintained. There are no performance figures here — we only publish numbers we measured ourselves.

What can be observed, the client says himself.

The enquiries are different now. People already know what they want when they write. That saves us both half the way.

Does your website answer the questions that come before the enquiry?

We look at where your visitors drop off — and what is missing at that point.
